Q. What if I don't have a website, or can't add code to my site because its an affiliate site?

A. Not a problem. Inside the members area is a list of sites you can get a free website from to add the code to. Simply develop some traffic to that site once you've created it, by promoting it through other methods as well. (And our site!)

Q. Do you guarantee sales to my website?

A. No, you are responsible for closing the deal with visitors to your site. No one can ethically do that. I don't know you or your website. Our system simply provides targeted visitors who see your ad across a wide network of sites you'd likely never reach otherwise, especially those who do not surf through exchanges.

Q. How much can we get from the prize pools?

A. As stated on the get paid page, prize pools are dependant on the number of active members. The more members we have, the higher you could receive when its your turn to win. This is not a lottery, but a sharing of profits. We will take the total, and then select a random number. That random number, tells us how many members will share in the prize pool for that time period (week or month depending on which pool is being paid out). We then randomly select members to win.

Q. Can I receive prize pool shares more than once?

A. Yes, but we try not to let the same person receive certain prize pools every week. In other words, if you received one this week, you likely won't win next week. This is simply to try to be fair to everyone and share it all.

Q. Is it a lottery or get rich quick scheme?

A. NO. It is simply a company sharing the profits with its members to provide you with additional income.

Q. I don't care about the text exchange. I just want the bonus pool entries. Is that okay?

A. NO. You MUST be an active member, using the exchange by having the code on a website in order for you to be entitled to earn. When we reward all bonus pool earnings, we verify each and every person's account that is due to receive it. If your account is NOT active, you forfeit your bonus pool rights until a time when your account is active. As above, you can hold your account from using your credits, but you must have the code on your site and it must be receiving at least some traffic (even 10 hits/week is active). We want active members - not those just looking for money - that way, everyone benefits in multiple ways.

Q. Can I earn on my own repurchase?

A. NO. You can NOT refer yourself for earnings. This is considered fraud and will be treated as such. There is no reason for more than one account.

Q. Can I refer other family and friends?

A. Yes - as long as they will USE the system.

Q. Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

A. As with all advertising services online, you are paying for advertising, and it is non-refundable. NO Exceptions.

Q. How are commissions and prize pools paid?

A. Commissions will be paid by the method YOU paid us. If you paid us by e-gold, we will pay you by e-gold. If you paid us by paypal, we'll pay you by paypal, and so on. In other words, if you paid by stormpay, you cannot request us to pay you via e-gold. The only alternate will be if you want payment by money order, we will do so.

Q. How are Top referrer bonuses paid?

A. When earnings are over $500 US for ANY commissions, we will send payment by certified check/money order via courier (Fedex) in North America, or by Wire Transfer outside of North America.

Q. When are commissions processed?

A. Payments are processed within 1-2 business days: Each day, all new member payments (and repurchases) will be processed for the previous day - we confirm that the sponsor is paid and active, we then process through our accounting system which takes less than 5 seconds per account, and then we process the commissions which you will receive notice of via email. You will then receive notice of when the commissions are actually paid to you via email through the method you paid unless you have notification turned off.

Q. So if it is 1 - 2 business days, why do you say you can be "earning in as little as 15 minutes"?

A. After you complete your account activation, you could then take your affiliate URL, send a mailing to your associates (non spam), and in as little as 15 minutes, receive notice of people you referred joining eBusiness Empires. When they join, they must make payment within 48 hours or they will be deleted unless sending a money order. So as soon as you receive email notice, you can be sure that you are in earnings. You WILL receive direct commissions notices usually the same day.

Q. If I mail payment, how long does it take to be activated and start earning?

A. You can start promoting immediately, and you can start using the text exchange immediately. However, you will not receive your ad credits or commission notices until we have received your account payment. If you send a money order via regular postal mail, you must expect that it could take anywhere from 5 - 14 business days to arrive here. We recently had a case of a member who's payment took 21 days (proven by postmark), and they were not that far away. We WILL hold your account if you supply us with the money order # until it is received. If you have not received your credits within 14 business days, please email us immediately to work with you on tracing the payment.

Q. Should I send a money order or check?

A. INTERNATIONAL money order in US funds for anyone outside Canada. We do not accept personal checks. If you choose to send us a business check (North America ONLY), be warned that we will hold that check for up to 3 weeks until it clears at our bank. Any returned checks will result in a $20 service charge and possible account deletion. Therefore, to ensure YOUR earnings, we suggest you send an International money order.

Q. Should I just send cash in the mail?

A. We will not be responsible for lost cash, and we really don't recommend this.

Q. Do I have to pay monthly, or is this a one time deal?

A. It is one time payment in the respect that we do not require monthly payments. If you use up your credits and wish to repurchase, you may do so at any time. Some may use their credits up in 2 weeks, others may take 6 weeks. It just depends on the amount of visitors you get, and others get for your same category.

Q. Can I go on a monthly plan if I wanted to, or how often can I "repurchase"?

A. If you wanted to repurchase monthly, there is an option inside the members area.

Q. Is it a scam?

A. Absolutely not. You are paying for advertising, and we expect everyone to use it or ask for assistance if necessary upon startup. We simply decided to break our 50% payouts between several members instead of to just one. Larger numbers mean larger incomes for everyone.
